If you’d like to entertain 12 to 14 people outdoors then this Valencia Rialto 15 Piece Set is for you. Our Valencia 117? Rectangular Double Extension Table which comfortably seats 10 can be transformed into a 117? 12-14 seater. The unique built-in butterfly pop-up leaf enables you to open and close your table in less than 15 seconds. The leaf folds away for easy storage, and can be extended with 1 or 2 leaves. This table stands 29? high and 43? wide by 79? long and extends to 117? in length. Includes 10 Rialto Dining Chairs and 2 Armchairs sturdy and comfortable with contoured seats and angled back support. Available with umbrella hole that can fit a 2" diameter pole. All pieces made from state managed & re-harvested authentic Indonesian Premium Grade-A Teak unfinished and sanded smooth.

Anderson honors the Limited Warranty to the original retail purchaser, to be free from the manufacturing defects and workmanship, but does not include any small crack in the end grain of wooden furniture. Anderson will be responsible, within one year from the date of purchase, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts excluding shipping cost from the retailer to and from Anderson or a repair center appointed by the Customer Service Department of Anderson to the original purchaser. After one year from the date of purchaser, the customer will be responsible to packing, and all the shipping and transportation costs. A 1-Year Limited Warranty is given to all frames used in upholstered chairs, love seats, sofas, ottomans, loungers, benches and tables for commercial use. However, a 2-Year Limited Warranty is given for residential use for the same products mentioned above.

As our business has grown, so has the weight of some of our products. Shipping is FREE on most orders to customers within the contiguous USA. For some of our heavier items and items shipped via LTL/Freight, we have to charge for shipping.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order we automatically check to confirm that your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on back-order or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and
reach out to you via e-mail to see if alternate arrangements can be made.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and get to work preparing your order for shipment.


Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within three business days from the date of your order.  We will send you shipping confirmation within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.   If you do not receive shipping confirmation from us within four business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at sales@modernoutdoorlifestyle.com.


International Orders:

We will happily ship our fantastic products to international customers. Due to the extremely wide variety of product dimensions we will provide an up to date shipping price quote for you on request. If you are happy with our shipping quote we will prepare an order and payment though our ultra secure online payment gateway.


Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery or do not agree to accept the delivery. If you do accept delivery you are required to immediately take photos using your smart phone or camera of the damaged packaging or products inside the packaging.
